Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets within the banking vertical.
- Identify and prospect high-value enterprise customers, including regional and national banks, leveraging industry trends and insights.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, business & IT leaders, and other stakeholders in target accounts to understand their business and IT challenges and goals.
- Present and demonstrate the PortX solutions, articulating their value in improving operational efficiency, revenue growth, customer experience, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (implementation, product, marketing, and customer success) to customize offerings and ensure seamless delivery to customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on banking regulations, fintech innovations, partnerships, and the competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline data and provide regular forecasts to leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Solid enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of selling technology solutions to banks or financial services organizations.
- Understanding of banking operations, integration technology needs (e.g., core banking systems, fintech, payments, digital transformation).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or banking certifications a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
