As a Senior Publisher Coordinator, you play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting our network of publisher partners. This role focuses on ensuring the network continues to grow with net new quality partners, and that those partners are successfully activated, supported, and positioned for long-term success within our network. This role is results-driven and brings strong execution, process ownership, and partner-facing expertise, and serves as a go-to resource for publisher onboarding and early-stage support.

The Responsibilities:

Publisher Recruitment

• Support publisher network growth by identifying, recruiting, and qualifying new publisher partners
• Conduct outreach and initial conversations to assess publisher fit and traffic quality
• Identify out-of-the-box affiliate target opportunities to support client program growth
• Guide prospective publishers through the application and approval process
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and pipeline status via HubSpot

Publisher Onboarding & Activation

• Own the onboarding experience for new publishers, from acceptance through activation
• Educate publishers on platform capabilities, policies, and best practices
• Ensure publishers are set up correctly and meet activation requirements
• Partner with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and reduce time-to-value

Publisher and Network Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for publishers during onboarding and early lifecycle stages
• Respond to publisher questions related to setup, tracking, etc within a timely fashion
• Proactively identify and address common publisher challenges or blockers
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow through to resolution

Reporting and Trends

• Track onboarding progress, activation status, and key support metrics
• Flag potential risks or quality concerns to senior team members
• Communicate opportunities and strategic insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and publisher activities to stay ahead of changes and innovations

The Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in customer support and customer relationship management
• Strong organizational and process management skills and comfort working with CRM platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience in affiliate and influencer marketing is a strong asset
• Proactive, independent, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ability to think critically and follow through
