Filejet Inc is looking for a highly organized self-starter to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Associate. This is a hybrid position with priority given to candidates near our office locations of Santa Barbara CA, Santa Fe Springs CA, Nashville TN, and Dover DE.

Filejet is a quickly-growing private legal and compliance software company that is focused on business entity creation, management, and compliance. Founded in 2017 in Southern California, we are a cloud-based B2B platform that serves businesses, law firms, and accounting firms.

The Filejet Customer Success Associate will work directly with customers after they onboard the Filejet platform, including ongoing account management, support, managed services, and training. With our team-oriented approach, you will work with cross-functional team members to ensure we continue to provide maximum value to our customers, and differentiate ourselves in the market.

Responsibilities include:

Customer Success

  • Own a book of business, and develop strong relationships with customers
  • Provide in-depth user training, demonstrations, and ongoing education
  • Aid with inbound support, filings, customer problem solving and issue resolution
  • Monitor and help increase product usage, and feature adoption
  • Manage customer renewals and help grow customer expansion

Cross-Departmental Support

  • Coordinate with the Onboarding and Support Teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to identify customer growth opportunities
  • Work with the Product Team help prioritize customer needs

Requirements for the role include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous role(s) in a customer success, implementation, support, or other customer-facing environment, in SaaS a plus
  • Comfortable giving presentations and virtual software demonstrations
  • Highly organized, and comfortable managing schedule and tasks to align with company priorities
  • Enjoy working on an early-stage product where change is inevitable
  • An interest in technology, SaaS, and its applications
  • Positive attitude and team player who is eager to learn and grow in Customer Success
