What you’ll do:

Support the residential mortgage lending VP, Business Administration & Acquisition Manager, in all administrative departmental duties including the following

  • Quality Control oversight
  • NMLS & Safe Act administration
  • Government program lender recertification
  • SBO and vendor management oversight
  • Residential Mortgage procedure & policy Maintenance
  • Department, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting
  • Commission payroll processing backup
  • Sales support & CRA outreach documentation

What do you need?

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage operations.
  • Familiarity with Residential Mortgage origination and servicing functions is helpful.
  • Lending program compliance exposure a plus.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with ICE (formerly Encompass) LOS system is helpful.
