What you’ll do:

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to play a critical role responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will bring your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) to drive efficiency and deliver impactful solutions across the business.

You’ll be hands-on with workflows, automation, and integration, helping teams across the organization get the most out of ServiceNow. If you thrive on solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders – this role is for you.

  • Own the Platform: Configure, maintain, and administer ServiceNow with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
  • Enable IT Excellence: Support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog), ITOM processes (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping), and ITAM (hardware/software lifecycle, license compliance).
  • Build and Enhance: Develop workflows, automation, business rules, client scripts, reports, and dashboards that improve usability and adoption.
  • Collaborate & Support: Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into platform solutions, while providing technical guidance, training, and support to users.
  • Ensure Stability & Growth: Manage upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.

What do you need?

  • 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
  • Experience managing CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Comfortable with scripting (JavaScript), system integrations, and API usage.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like M335, Teams, or Jira is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ITSM/ITOM/ITAM certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
