    • Support and enhance server clustering and high-availability failover solutions.
    • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve complex technical issues.
  • Automation & Scripting
    • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration, monitoring, and reporting tasks.
    • Streamline system builds, configuration management, and recurring maintenance activities.
  • Backup & Recovery
    • Administer and support Rubrik backup solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and recovery readiness.
    • Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  • Collaboration & Support
    • Work with cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot escalated issues and provide expert-level support.
    • Document systems architecture, processes, and procedures for operational efficiency.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure reliability and performance.

What do you need?

  • 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory administration, GPO design, and Windows Server.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting tools like PowerCLI or Python for automation.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Familiarity with DNS, SMTP, IIS, SQL, and related core IT infrastructure services.
  • Experience with server clustering and high availability (HA) failover configurations.
