What you’ll do: As a Treasury Analyst at Customers Bank, you will assist in daily liquidity management and monitoring to ensure the bank meets its funding obligations. You will support the enhancement of liquidity metrics, cash projection analytics, and the development of an efficient securities trading channel. Additionally, you will assist in monthly treasury reporting, liquidity forecasting, stress testing, and scenario analysis.

  • Assist in daily liquidity management and monitoring, ensuring the bank has the necessary funding to meet its obligations.

  • Provide functional support in positioning Treasury as a rate/pricing center.

  • Assist in continued enhancement of liquidity metrics and effective cash projection analytics.

  • Support development of an efficient securities trading channel and investment portfolio analytics.

  • Assist in the completion of the monthly treasury reporting deck with the focus on developing a robust periodic investment portfolio reporting suite.

  • Assist the manager with monthly liquidity forecasting, periodic stress testing, and scenario analysis on a routine, as well as an ad-hoc basis.

  • Research, develop and implement liquidity risk management best practices. Maintain up to date liquidity procedures, model assumptions and documentation.

  • Perform all duties pursuant to the banks’ treasury policy while providing superior service to both internal and external customers.

What do you need?

  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and/or 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Quick learner with excellent analytical, and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a sharp attention to detail.

  • Willingness to take on new tasks and the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities.

  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as building cross-functional and cross-organizational relationships.

  • High proficiency in PC based applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

  • Python, Java, or similar programming language is beneficial.
