Salary Range: The expected salary for this position is $175,000 - $215,000. This is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The final salary figure will consider skill level, experience, and location.

What you’ll do: Build out a de novo banking team focused on acquiring new commercial clients. Act as primary new business developer and oversee all aspects of relationship management and service delivery.
What do you need?
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in commercial banking/lending, with 3+ years in decision-making roles.
Proven track record of acquiring new commercial banking clients, and deep network/industry relationships to call upon.
Deep sales knowledge of commercial and corporate banking cash management products and deposit services.
Ability to generate, structure, close, and manage commercial loans from $1,000,000 to $30,000,000+.
Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.) from four-year college or university and eight years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Financial analysis, business writing, problem solving, critical thinking, negotiation, loan/deal structuring.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ability to coach/lead teams, ability to operate and make critical decisions in time sensitive situations, creativity, collaborative approach to problem solving, team player, willingness to make difficult decisions.
