WHAT YOU’LL DO AT COASTAL

The Senior Program Manager will lead the development and execution of a large, complex programs and related projects bank wide. The focus of this role is to establish, manage, and grow programs by leading cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget. This role is responsible for developing roadmaps, risk management, establishing clear goals, project execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure that all program objectives are met. You will balance multiple competing priorities and negotiate successful outcomes for all impacted stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager will help lead the cultural transformation across the bank by contributing to building and expanding portfolio management methodology across the bank.

Requirements

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

· Function as the lead program owner for a portfolio of cross-functional programs and related projects.

· Develop roadmaps for long-term programs and successfully execute roadmap initiatives.

· Lead weekly program meetings to support all programs by gathering feedback from stakeholders, generating documentation, incremental task planning, and proactive risk mitigation.

· Ensure visibility of program status and progress, resource allocation, and challenges by generating reports and dashboards to monitor data, metrics, and trends.

· Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners.

· Comfortable communicating status, issue, and risk deposition with bank officers/senior executives.

· Maintain program governance by creating and managing large-scope project plans, business requirements, escalation paths, and following best practices.

· Own the execution of UAT planning, traceability, and transition to business as usual.

· Follow and comply with all regulatory and compliance regulations.

· Provide internal service in accordance with Coastal Core Values.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

QUALIFICATIONS

· Demonstrated experience delivering and leading complex programs in a growing organization, often creating materials from scratch.

• Proven history of overseeing multiple programs and related projects within a portfolio and prioritizing workload.

• Advanced experience with developing project documentation such as BRDs, UAT Plans, Communication and Change Management Plans, Traceability Matrix, and standard meeting materials.

• Applied expertise facilitating and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and driving results.

• Ability to manage and grow long-term, cross-functional programs.

• Experience creating a portfolio management foundation and structure from scratch.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.?

· 7+ years demonstrated experience managing a program portfolio in the banking or financial services industry.

· Ability to be part of a newer team and actively contribute to building out and adjusting the infrastructure and toolkit to best support the needs of the bank.

· Strong proficiency us MS Office products, including Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps

· PMP and Lean/Six Sigma Belt preferred.

· Experience with Agile methods preferred.

Salary Description
$113,169.50 - $141,462.47
