Position Overview:

Blooma is the leading AI-powered digital underwriting SaaS platform for commercial real estate (CRE) lending. We empower lenders and investors with data-driven insights, automation, and AI-enhanced decision-making.

As a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data within the Blooma platform. You will work closely with AI-driven data extraction models, validate market data, and assist in quality assurance testing to enhance our product offerings. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a foundation in commercial real estate, underwriting, financial analysis, or banking who are eager to grow in a technology-driven environment.

General Tasks & Responsibilities:

Data Validation & Quality Assurance

• Review and validate AI-extracted data from user-provided documents.
• Ensure accuracy of market data collected from external sources.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing on data-related platform features.

Testing & Deployment Support

• Assist in pre-deployment testing of platform releases to identify bugs and ensure functionality.
• Provide feedback to engineering and product teams regarding data-related improvements.

AI Model Training & Support

• Label and categorize data to support AI model training and optimization.
• Identify inconsistencies in data parsing and recommend model adjustments.

Ad Hoc Projects

• Work on special projects related to data analysis, underwriting automation, or product enhancements.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Some knowledge or experience in at least one of the following:
• Commercial real estate (preferred)
• Banking, financial services, underwriting, credit analysis, or asset management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
