Full-time, hybrid or remote role focused on training and enablement. Requirements: Bachelor’s or higher in education, organizational development, IT, business, communications, or equivalent; 5+ years in instructional design and training program development in a client-facing/SaaS/technology environment; Strong understanding of SaaS products and ability to learn new software/hardware quickly; Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; Strong writing skills and attention to detail; Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
