This is a full-time hybrid or remote role. You will serve as the day-to-day partner for a small number of large enterprise accounts, owning the relationship from onboarding through steady-state operations across complex, high-touch engagements in regulated environments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, sciences, or a related field; 4+ years in client services, consulting, account management, or implementation supporting enterprise or highly regulated clients; Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements; Comfort navigating organizations with layered decision-making and formal governance; Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences; Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-facing; Action-oriented with strong judgment and follow-through, comfortable with ambiguity; Detail-oriented, quick learner, coachable; Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage difficult conversations; Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
