Full-time hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience; 3–10 years in a technical role (software engineering, IT support, data management, technical consulting); Familiarity with Python, C++, C#, and JavaScript with proficiency in one or more; Able to support Proof of Concept (POC), sandbox builds, and integration testing; Able to troubleshoot deployment and integration issues (read logs, identify configuration errors, diagnose/resolve incidents); Familiar with SDLC and software concepts; Experienced at presenting live demos; Working knowledge of LLMs and RAG-based AI systems; Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple client and internal teams; Detail-oriented problem-solver and quick learner with desire to learn the Go Abacus code stack; Familiarity with on-premise or air-gapped infrastructure deployment is a strong plus.
