Full-Time, HybridThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Chicago, Illinois.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent project experience- 3-10 years of experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, IT support, data management, or technical consulting- Familiarity with Python, C++, C#, and JavaScript, with proficiency in one or more of these programming languages- Able to support Proof of Concept (POC), sandbox builds, and integration testing- Able to troubleshoot deployment and integration issues in a customer environment, including reading system logs, identifying configuration errors, and diagnosing and resolving incidents- Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle methodology (SDLC) and software concepts- Experienced at presenting live demos- Working knowledge of LLMs and RAG-based AI systems- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple client and internal teams- Detail-oriented, problem-solver and quick learner, with desire to learn the Go Abacus code stack- Familiarity with on-premise or air-gapped infrastructure deployment a strong plus
