Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, information systems or liberal arts; Demonstrated interest in B2B products, client services, compliance, or AI innovation; 3+ years of experience in client services, consulting, account management, or customer support; Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through; Clear and professional written and verbal communication; Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple client and internal teams; Detail-oriented and quick learner; Strong emotional intelligence and coachable; Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
